Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session price.

If a student has not attended within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and has not made contact, the appointment may be considered a no-show. Emergencies and unusual circumstances are considered individually.

Completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused package sessions expire 90 days after purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refund eligibility for unused prepaid services follows the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.

Services supplement, but do not replace, instruction from an accredited nursing program, nursing faculty, clinical instructors, or official licensing organizations. No grade, examination result, NCLEX outcome, employment result, or licensure is guaranteed.

Jordan’s Nursing Success will not complete graded assignments, examinations, clinical documentation, or other work that students are required to complete independently.

Students must never share patient names, dates of birth, medical-record numbers, photographs, or other identifying information. Any clinical discussion must be fully de-identified.
